Description   The key responsibilities for the Head of Bids position will include:   Lead and manage the bid process from initial opportunity identification to final submission.  Collaborate with internal teams to gather key information and develop compelling proposals.  Ensure all bid documents are compliant, accurate, and meet client requirements.  Develop and maintain a library of bid templates and resources.  Monitor and report on bid outcomes and performance metrics.  Train and mentor team members to enhance bid management capabilities.
