My client is seeking an ambitious and experienced Head of Bids and Submissions to lead their work-winning function and play a pivotal role in the next stage of our growth journey. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, driving bidding excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality submissions across multiple sectors and frameworks. Working closely with senior leadership, pre-construction, commercial and operational teams, you will build and lead a high-performing bid team, develop winning strategies and ensure Seddon continues to secure profitable, sustainable opportunities across its target markets. The Role As Head of Bids and Submissions, you will take ownership of the company''s bid strategy, submissions process and work-winning activities. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing bid resources, developing compelling content and driving continuous improvement across the entire bid function. This role requires a commercially minded leader who can bring together cross-functional teams to produce market-leading submissions that differentiate Seddon from its competitors.
