Lead, manage and develop Internal Audit teams, fostering a high-performance culture through effective people management, coaching, recruitment and continuous improvement. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, enhancing the profile of Group Internal Audit as a professional, independent and valued partner across the Bank. Drive risk-based audit planning and assurance, working closely with the Director to address strategic, business model, new and emerging risks. Provide strong governance and oversight, including attendance at key divisional and governance forums, delivery of impactful reporting, and effective follow-up and issue closure.
