Head of Assets with a Charity/HA

Marks Consulting Partners are currently recruiting for a Head of Assets to work with a charitable housing organisation covering a Sussex, East Sussex, and Surrey patch, with an office based in Sussex. This is a permanent position paying 62,000 (negotiable depending on experience), with hybrid working available and a possible one-off relocation allowance. What you will be doing: Providing strategic and operational leadership across the organisation''s asset and property functions as part of the extended leadership team Leading a substantial service delivery division and developing a high performance, value for money, customer centric culture, preferably in the housing, charitable or commercial sector Accountability for business and financial planning and budgetary operations across the asset and property function Delivering strategic asset management and a responsive repairs and voids service, through a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, statutory regulations and obligations Managing, motivating and supporting staff teams to achieve key performance indicators and make a meaningful difference to the lives of clients Leading change management and implementing best practice and continuous improvement initiatives in asset management and maintenance services What you will need: RICS or MCIOB qualification with evidence of continued professional development High levels of knowledge about property management in its widest context Experience of overseeing approaches ..... full job details .....
