Head of Assets

We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Assets to provide strategic leadership across our asset management function and ensure that the property portfolio is managed effectively, sustainably and in line with organisational priorities. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for both the strategic direction and operational delivery of asset management, including the development and implementation of comprehensive Asset Management Plans, investment programmes, planned works and major works. You will play a key role in shaping the long-term investment strategy for our assets, ensuring that investment decisions are informed by robust data, asset intelligence, stock condition information, financial analysis and organisational objectives. You will also provide strong leadership and oversight of the delivery of programmes, ensuring that investment translates into high-quality outcomes for residents, customers and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Strategic asset management Lead the development, implementation and continuous review of the organisation''s Asset Management Strategy and Asset Management Plans. Establish clear investment priorities based on stock condition, asset performance, risk, compliance, sustainability, customer needs and financial considerations.
