Key Responsibilities: Devise and execute the strategic Asset Management Strategy, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and Decent Homes Standard requirements. Oversee responsive repairs, maintenance, void management, and continuous improvement across all property assets. Lead on environmental sustainability and decarbonisation initiatives, driving energy efficiency and retrofit programmes. Manage property and income collection services (c. -10m), minimising arrears through digital transformation and collaboration with housing teams. Maintain accurate asset management data, risk assessment frameworks, and assurance reporting for senior stakeholders and the Executive Board. Provide leadership to the asset management team (Workforce: 21, Budget: c. -1.5M) as part of the Extended Leadership Team. Your Experience: MCIOB and/or CIH level 4 or 5 qualified (or working towards Chartered membership). Significant experience in social housing or a similar asset-based sector, with a proven track record in senior leadership.... Permanent
