This is a permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week) based in either our London or Oldham office. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, combining office and remote working. The purpose of the role is to lead and manage the team to deliver accurate stock condition and property performance information and intelligently design a comprehensive planned investment programme, ensuring component failures, property improvements and retrofit works are proactively identified and sequenced to minimise disruption and improve outcomes for residents.
