Head of Asset Investment Planning

JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Investment Planning to join the Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week) based in either our London or Oldham office. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, combining office and remote working. The purpose of the role is to lead and manage the team to deliver accurate stock condition and property performance information and intelligently design a comprehensive planned investment programme, ensuring component failures, property improvements and retrofit works are proactively identified and sequenced to minimise disruption and improve outcomes for residents. What we are looking for We are looking for someone who can lead and manage dispersed, field-based teams while driving asset management excellence through data-led decision making. You will bring strong knowledge of housing legislation and regulations, including DHS, HHSRS and MEES, alongside significant experience of strategic asset investment planning, stock condition surveying and property performance management. With a proven track record of managing complex budgets and maintaining commercial control, you will be an excellent communicator who can influence a wide range of stakeholders, embrace emerging technologies, and consistently demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours and Leadership and Management Standards.
