Head of Asset and Compliance Salary: 90,825 per annum + excellent benefits Are you an experienced property professional with a proven track record of leading asset management, compliance and maintenance services within housing or a related sector? We are seeking an exceptional Head of Asset and Compliance to provide strategic leadership across asset management, planned investment, building compliance, responsive repairs and estate services. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will play a key role in shaping long-term asset strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality, customer-focused services. The Role: This is a senior leadership position with overall responsibility for the management, performance and development of asset and compliance services. You will lead a high-performing team, oversee significant revenue and capital budgets, and provide assurance to the Executive Team and Board that all statutory and regulatory obligations are being met. Key responsibilities include: Leading the organisation''s asset management, compliance, maintenance and investment functions. Developing and delivering planned, cyclical and major works programmes. Ensuring full compliance with all property-related statutory, regulatory and health and safety requirements. Leading procurement activities, contract management and supplier performance.
