Head of Aftersales

Our Client is a Automotive Business and they’re currently seeking an Head of Aftersales to join their team in the Hinckley area.

Requirements:

- An experienced Head of Aftersales with experience in a franchised dealer
- A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
- Strong Technical knowledge
- An Head of Aftersales who leads from the front and is able to motivate their team to success

Responsibilities:

- Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
- Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
- Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
- Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.

The salary for this position is £50,000 basic with a potential OTE of £60,000.
