Job Description: Head of Adult Skills Delivery Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 Location: Home Based (London or surrounding areas) About the Role: Our client is an ambitious, values-led independent training provider committed to transforming lives through education and skills. They are seeking an experienced and commercially minded operational leader to oversee the successful mobilisation, delivery and growth of publicly funded provision. Based in their London office, the successful candidate will lead the operational delivery of Adult Skills Fund (ASF), Skills Bootcamps and future publicly funded programmes across London and other regions as the organisation continues to expand. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring contracts are successfully mobilised, learner recruitment targets are achieved, delivery teams perform to a high standard, and contractual outcomes are consistently exceeded. Working closely with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Business Development and Employer Engagement teams, the Head of Adult Skills Delivery will ensure learners receive an exceptional experience whilst maintaining full compliance with funding rules and contractual requirements. Experience: Significant senior leadership experience in publicly funded education, skills or employability. Proven leadership using data, MI and performance metrics to improve outcomes.
