Salary and Benefits £65000- £75000 DOE Hybrid working in place Free parking on site Fantastic benefits package Key Responsibilites Lead, coach and develop credit control and billing teams to enable a high-performing culture with clear objective setting, career development and succession planning Lead cross-functional engagement with Finance, Commercial, Operations and external stakeholders to deliver OTC KPIS Maintain design of the AR Finance solution including processes and policies Experience desired Proven ability to lead teams through effective performance management coaching and career development as a strong leader. Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders creating accountability Extensive experience leading Finance AR functions including credit control, billing and collections management.
