Overview

Head of Accounting role in Stirling, Scotland, United Kingdom. Permanent, hybrid working. Reporting to the Head of Finance, leading the Accounting team and driving process improvements.Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Accounting teamSupport business development, pricing strategy and margin managementProduce management reports, budgets, and cashflow forecastsAct as primary contact on accounting, VAT and payroll mattersDrive team development through strategic mentorship and reviewsMaintain and enhance accounting systems, driving process improvementsOversee banking transactions and ensure compliance with regulationsLead onboarding of new clientsSkills and experience

Proven ability to effectively manage and develop teamsDemonstrable experience with VAT, management accounts, payrollExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to engage internal and external stakeholdersWhat’s in it for you
