With a strong commitment to social value, any surplus generated is reinvested back into the services and communities it supports.Your new role As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation''s financial operations, ensuring effective financial management, governance and compliance across the Trust. You will lead on financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities, while maintaining strong financial controls and driving continuous improvements to systems and processes. The role will include overseeing the preparation of accounts in accordance with SORP and FRS standards, managing VAT requirements including partial exemption, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will also play a key role in business planning, financial strategy, performance monitoring and identifying opportunities to maximise funding and income streams.
