We are recruiting a Head Mixologist with a strong focus on mixology for this prestigious 5 star hotel in the Glasgow area.andnbsp; You will be a Head Mixologist who has come from a luxury background and understands Forbes standards.andnbsp; This is essential and only someone with this background will be considered.
You will be a highly skilled and hands on Head Mixologist to lead our bar offering, shaping a refined and memorable beverage experience that complements our wider food and beverage operation.
This is a key operational leadership role for someone who is as comfortable creating exceptional cocktail menus as they are leading service from the floor. You will take ownership of our newly refurbished bar spaces, driving standards, developing your team, and embedding a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Key Head Mixologist responsibilities are
- Bar leadership and operations
- Beverage expertise and menu development
- Maintaining standards and writing SOPs
- Team leadership and development
- Collaboration with other departments to enhance the guest journey
- Commercial awareness
- Standards and compliance
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Services Manager, and working collaboratively with the Assistant Managers, and wider team, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and elevated guest journey across all outlets.
