This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for delivering consistent product quality, operational efficiency, food safety compliance, and team performance. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled milling professional with strong technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to step into operational milling duties whenever required. Key Responsibilities Milling Operations & Production Performance Lead and coordinate milling operations across multiple sites. Deliver target extraction rates while maintaining product quality and customer specifications. Monitor production KPIs including efficiency, OEE, throughput and downtime.
