This includes managing a team, ensuring quality and safety standards, delivering training, and achieving performance and budget targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and inspire the housekeeping team to meet high service standards.Build and maintain strong working relationships with hotel management and staff.Conduct regular room and floor inspections to ensure consistent quality.Monitor site budgets and contribute to cost efficiency.Report weekly performance updates to the Operations Manager.Oversee recruitment, training, and development of the on-site team.Ensure team members are trained, productive, and supported through coaching and mentoring.Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and company ..... full job details .....
