The successful candidate will take ownership of the housekeeping function, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, team performance, and compliance with operational standards. Role Overview The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the housekeeping department within a large hotel. This includes leading a sizeable team, maintaining consistently high room and public-area standards, ensuring effective training and development, and achieving operational and budget targets. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and inspire a large housekeeping team to deliver consistently high service standards.
