Conventional grazing is practiced during the summer and while housed cows have straw bedded cubicles with a full TMR fed. The appointed person will need to be focused on clean milk production, be able to manage the herd day-to-day, including excellent paperwork, foot trim as required and AI trained would be advantageous.
