We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and pasionate chef with a strong background in Michelin and multi Rosette cooking. We would welcome a strong sous chef looking to make the step up and learn under our michelin star Chef Patron. Local sesaonal produce is at the heart of all the dishes here and our succesful head chef would be expected to fly the flag for local and seasonal Lancashire produce whislt delivering excellence and consistency to the guests maintaining standards and pushing boundaries, This a great opportunity , there is no accomodation with this role however so a chef within 30 mins commute would be preffered. This is a 5 day a week role and approx 48-50 hours per week.
