As Head Chef, youll lead a small team and deliver a high-quality food offer across:Our main menu of refined pub favourites

A fresh and varied lunch menu

An evolving Chefs Specials board

Youll be working with local suppliers and seasonal produce to craft well-executed, delicious dishes that reflect our passion for food.?? What were looking for:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up

Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking

Strong leadership and kitchen management skills

Ability to manage food costs, stock and compliance

A collaborative and community-minded approach

Bonus: experience working in a village pub or high-quality casual dining venue
