Head Chef

Our client based in Ely, Cambridgeshire are looking for a Head Chef on a permanent basis. They are looking for an enthusiastic, talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The role comes with a real degree of autonomy and plenty of room fo creativity. Kitchens close around 8pm so the hours are sociable, though we''re open weekends and bank holidays (never Christmas Day). The ethos is friendly, casual outdoor dining with some indoor space and kids area. They run a lot of events, buffets and parties, and everything we serve is quality, homemade and artisan. They are after a genuine foodie. Experience at sous or head chef level delivering consistent, high quality food in a busy kitchen. Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead a team.
