to lead our busy, fresh-food kitchen in Manchesters Northern Quarter. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Nice people, good food, and proper booze.Youll work with a passionate team, create seasonal menus, and ensure every dish leaves the pass to the highest standard.What Youll Be Doing:
Leading a tight-knit kitchen team in a fast-paced environmentPlanning and executing exciting seasonal menu launchesManaging ordering, stock control, and food marginsWorking closely with the Director of Food on menu developmentMaintaining the highest standards of food safety and complianceWhat Youll Get:
