Working across all areas of the kitchen, you''ll support daily operations, special functions and tailored dietary requirements, while maintaining full compliance with food safety and health and safety standards.At Spire Alexandra Hospital, we offer a comprehensive range of treatments to patients in Medway and the surrounding areas of Kent and the Southeast. Our private hospital has two extensively equipped operating theatres, backed up by an extended recovery unit with 24-hour support.Duties and responsibilities:Prepare and serve hot and cold meals in line with corporate standardsMaintain HACCP and health and safety complianceSupport service across the staff restaurant and patient cateringAssist with special functions and bespoke dietary needsCheck deliveries and maintain accurate recordsEnsure a clean, safe and organised kitchen environmentWork collaboratively with the wider catering teamWhat we''re looking for:Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchenHealthcare or restaurant-style catering experience preferredLevel 3 Food Safety qualificationStrong ..... full job details .....
