Head Chef

who can bring both operational excellence and inspirational leadership to this flagship site. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the UK debut of a fast-growing international brand.Role Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, managing a brigade of 610 chefs.

Uphold consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery in a high-volume environment.

Drive kitchen organisation, including scheduling, rota planning, and efficient service flow.

Manage ordering, stock control, supplier relationships, and GP targets.

Ensure the kitchen operates in line with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Motivate and develop a young and energetic team, fostering a positive and professional working environment.

Work closely with senior management to align kitchen operations with the overall vision and ethos of the brand.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Head Chef in the UK

, ideally within high-volume, fast-paced restaurants.

Strong background in

South East Asian cuisine

; familiarity with Thai flavours and techniques is essential.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Highly organised, with experience managing costings, stock levels, and supplier negotiations.

Adaptable and resilient, thriving under pressure while maintaining composure and efficiency.
