to lead the kitchen team at one of Londons most prestigious Private Members'' Clubs. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins in a refined and supportive setting, where excellence in food and service is paramount.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from service to staffing and supplier relationshipsDrive culinary standards and maintain consistency across all menus and service periodsDevelop seasonal menus that showcase high-quality ingredients and elegant executionInspire and manage a brigade of chefs, supporting their development and maintaining high moraleEnsure full compliance with food hygiene and safety regulationsMaintain cost control across ordering, stock, wastage, and labourCollaborate closely with FOH to ensure a seamless experience for members and guestsWhat Were Looking For:Proven experience as a Head Chef in a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or private members'' clubStrong leadership and people management skillsA passion for modern British/European cuisine and seasonal produceCalm, focused, and solutions-oriented in a high-pressure kitchenConfident with budgeting, rotas, supplier negotiations, and complianceThe Package:
