to lead the kitchen with confidence, creativity, and calm authority.The Role
As Head Chef, youll be responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operationfrom breakfast through to dinner serviceensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence across all aspects. This is a hands-on leadership role with scope to drive standards, shape the menu, and inspire a talented brigade.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily kitchen operations across all service periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner)Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationshipsUphold rigorous standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanlinessDrive seasonal menu development and new dish creationMentor, train, and develop the wider kitchen teamMaintain a positive, professional and collaborative kitchen cultureAbout You:Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef in a quality-driven kitchenA natural leader, confident managing teams in both high- and low-volume periodsPassionate about fresh, seasonal cooking and thoughtful plate presentationCalm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and highly organisedA team player with a hands-on approach and genuine love of hospitalityThis is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins in a well-regarded hotel with a loyal following and strong reputation.
