head chef required for a new opening / smashed burger concept, you will be part the opening and designing the new concept. you will create unique smashed burgers and amazing items which are both suitable forinstagram and that customers want to come back for time and time again. They want a head chef who will help this new concept stand out from the crowd, in the crowded central London food market, you will need to create amazing unique smashed burgers.-

The role
As a head chef you will be part of the new opening, you will create concept menus, be involved in the launch and then carry the menu forward. They want amazing, unique burgers that people will take pictures of and post on social media / instagram, you will ensure everything is ready for the opening and create the concept menu. This role will include all the standard head chef duties

experience
we are looking for a head chef with a smashed burger background, you must be able to create menus and a concept, they want this new concept to stand out in a crowded London market, you must have a creative mindset. you will have great hygiene skills and able to cpe with the volume of a smashed burger place.-
