from designing and executing menus to managing a small and talented back-of-house team. This is your chance to showcase your creativity, elevate authentic flavours, and deliver a world-class food offering that pairs perfectly with our buzzing bar and entertainment programme.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards.Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Develop innovative dishes that blend authentic West African influences with modern dining trends.Recruit, train, and mentor the back-of-house team.Manage stock, suppliers, and budgets to maximize profitability.Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and compliance.Collaborate with management on events and menu pairings to enhance the guest experience.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a senior Sous kitchen role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.In-depth knowledge of food, dish preparation and menu organisationPassion for the hospitality industry.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Experience with event planning and execution is a plus!Flexible availability, the venue is open Thursday to Sunday including evenings, weekends, and holidays.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.4-day working week
