Head Chef - Restaurant, Exeter £39k + tronc + bonus

This busy restaurant based in Central Exeter is looking for a Head Chef who is passionate about Asian food and flavours using authentic fresh ingredients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and managing a team of chefs
• Responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen including H&S and compliance
• Managing stock, orders and wastage levels
• Hands on across the kitchen, supporting your team in all areas

What we are looking for:

• A strong Head Chef with a minimum of 2 years in role
• Hands on in all areas
• Passion for Asian flavours and cooking fresh, vibrant food
• Good management skills – experienced in leading a team
• Strong knowledge of food safety and managing compliance within health and safety regulations
• Computer literate
