You will take ownership of menu planning and design, purchasing, stock control, staff training, rostering and ensuring consistently high-quality food standards.Essential CriteriaNVQ Level 2 and 3 in Food Preparation and Cooking (or equivalent)Intermediate Food Safety CertificateMinimum 5 years'' experience in a busy kitchen, including at least 2 years in a senior roleStrong experience in menu planning and pricingFull understanding of EHO regulations, due diligence, temperature checks and record keepingProven experience leading and developing a kitchen teamFlexibility with working ..... full job details .....
