Company welfare programme Job Role: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and stock management.Developed and maintained high-quality seasonal menus with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.Managed kitchen budgets, including food cost control, supplier negotiations, and waste reduction strategies.Led, trained, and motivated a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and efficient service.Maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety regulations and health inspections.Collaborated with front-of-house managers to ensure smooth service, including coordinating special events and private functions.Monitored portion control and presentation to maintain brand standards and customer satisfaction.Carried out regular performance reviews and implemented training programmes to support staff development.Handled recruitment, scheduling, and disciplinary procedures in line with company policy.
