Cotswolds and 1 in London .We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to exceptional service, top-quality food, and a great atmosphere.We focus on a straightforward, well sourced, wine, beer and spirit selection, Good, classic, nose to tail, British pub style food, plenty of game and offal and very little mucking around.. Not a micro herb in sight and definitely no tweezers.We have built an excellent reputation in The Cotswolds, with a passion for freshly prepared , often locally sourced food.
