As a senior member of the team we require you to have a minimum of 4 years in a busy kitchen, and at least two years as a head chef. We are looking for someone who has experience in all areas of Italian cuisine.We are loking for someone who is creative and willing to work seasonally and work closely with our excellent local suppliers, a good knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine is preferred. We rely on punctual, reliable staff with flexibility.
