This is an excellent opportunity for experienced chefs with strong kitchen management skills who can lead a team, maintain high food standards and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a professional kitchen. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring food is prepared and served to a high standard. Lead, supervise and motivate kitchen staff. Prepare and oversee the preparation of meals, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation. Manage stock levels, food ordering and portion control. Monitor food costs and minimise waste.
