HEAD CHEF - PPM Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to join our client''s team.Position: Head Chef Pay Rate: 21.29 inc Holiday Hours: 40 hours per week Job Type: PermanentLocation: Royston The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and ensure a high standard of food preparation, presentation and service.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the kitchen team on a day-to-day basisPlan and oversee food preparation and serviceEnsure food is prepared and presented to a consistently high standardManage stock levels, ordering and kitchen suppliesMaintain excellent food hygiene and health and safety standardsEnsure the kitchen is clean, organised and compliant with regulationsSupport and train junior members of the kitchen teamMonitor food costs and minimise wasteWork closely with management to deliver an excellent serviceAbout YouPrevious experience working as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen roleStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operationsGood understanding of food hygiene and health and safetyAbility to work under pressure in a busy environmentReliable, organised and professionalPay Rate: 21.29 inc Hol per hourHours: 40 hours per weekIf you are an experienced Head Chef looking for your next opportunity, please apply today. ..... full job details .....
