To have total accountability for the day to day running of the kitchen. Achieving budgeted costs of food, wastage and wages. Menu Development. Stock Control. Team management and training. Kitchen Cleanliness. Ordering through our selected suppliers. Compliance and safety, ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and monitored. Minimum level 3 in food health and safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills. Working within budgets. Doing your own rotas.
