Head Chef- Monday - Friday

Our passionate team of chefs, baristas, servers, nutritionists and much more, love nothing more than creating memorable moments that enrich the everyday.Come and join our award winning teams - we are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our team to start on a 3 month fixed term basis with a high possibility to manage our central production unit which provides retail and hospitality offerings for our London sites. This role involves working 40 hours per week, daytime social hours and managing a team of up to 8.

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

To prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standardTo produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customersTo ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menusTo develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectationsTo be creative when menu planning and including the client and customersPride yourself on food quality and hygiene standardOverall responsibility for managing the kitchen teamProvide feedback and coaching on performanceTo ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene trainingWhat''s in it for you?
