The Role:As Head Chef, you will be responsible for a brigade of 7 chefs, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen during busy service periods.You will be a creative force, responsible for developing

daily changing menus

that highlight the best of British produce.Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 7 chefs.Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.Create innovative and inspiring

daily changing menus .Manage all aspects of kitchen administration, including:

Menu writing and costingStock takingRota managementCleaning schedulesSupplier relationships

About You:We''re looking for a Head Chef with:Proven experience in a similar high-volume, quality restaurant environment.Excellent communication skills

and a collaborative approach.Strong leadership skills

with the ability to inspire and develop a team.A

keen eye for detail
