This is a high-volume environment with a strong team already in place — a kitchen built around consistency, quality, and delivering fresh food at pace.

The role:

• Leading and developing a team across all sections

What we’re looking for:

• Experience at Head Chef or strong Sous Chef level
• Confident in high-volume, fresh-food environments
• A calm, organised approach to service
• Strong leadership and team development skills
