Create and deliver high-quality, seasonal menus. Manage food costs, stock control, and kitchen budgets. Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards. Ensure compliance with all food safety and health and safety regulations. Work closely with senior management to enhance the member experience. About you Previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Passion for quality food and menu development.
