Head Chef Hotel, Hertford Up to £45k + bonus Live-in available An established 35-bedroom hotel in the heart of Hertford is looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead its busy kitchen team of 15. The kitchen delivers breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, functions and events, with a strong focus on freshly prepared, seasonal food. The Role: Lead and develop a team of 15 Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and food safety Work closely with the Head of Food on seasonal menus Manage GP, budgets, HACCP, HandS and allergens Hours: 5/7 including weekends, 45 hours per week.
