Head Chef, BandI, London Monday to Friday 40hrs £48kRecruiting for a passionate Head Chef for our clients team at this corporate site.The day-to-day operations consist a staff restaurant offering a selection of hot and cold breakfast and lunch options, as well as a salad bar. The hospitality department offers sandwich lunches or buffet style options, all delivered in a casual and relaxed service atmosphere. There is also the occasional event or function which usually is based on a street food theme.As the Head Chef, your responsibilities will be• Leading and managing a team to produce a high quality of food• Demonstrating strong knowledge of current trends in particular street food• Ability to create food stalls and pop ups• Budget control, stock and ordering• Creating exciting menus and work to the clients unique profileWorking hours are Monday to Friday, 7am 3.30pm with occasional eveningsAs a candidate, you will be• an experienced Head Chef with a stable work history• able to cook from scratch and produce exciting fresh food menus• a strong leader and able to motivate a team• attentive to detail and presentation• genuinely passionate about food and ingredients• flexible and willing with a positive can do attitudeInterested?
