The roleWe are looking for a head chef who can use fresh produce, you will have a passion for seasonal

produce, you will be able to handle local produce and seasonal produce and have a great understanding of how to showcase it, they change the menus every month, so it keeps the menus in season. the role will be hands on cooking and include all the standard head chef duties
experiencewe are looking for either a senior sous chef ready to step up or a current head chef, you will have knowledge of seasonal local produce, you will have passion for fresh food and good knife skills.
