the roleAs a head chef you will run the kitchen, you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and that everything is ready for service. you will train new chefs, write menus and the seasonal banqueting menus. in service you will run the pass and they do banqueting, you will ensure the banqueting side runs smoothly as well. this role will include all the standard head chef duties.

experiencewe are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background with a good eye to detail, knowledge of seasonal menus and good knife skills.
