About the Role

The Head Chef will lead the kitchen at an exclusive fine dining restaurant in Oxford Circus, Central London. This permanent role, based in London, requires overseeing a team of 35 chefs across two spacious, modern kitchens. Serving 180 to 250 covers daily, the position involves managing both lunchtime salads and starters alongside a separate à la carte dinner service. Key skills include team leadership, menu execution, and high-volume kitchen management. The earliest start time is between 10am and 11am. The role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, with surplus tronc distributed to the team.

Our client is an exclusive all day dining fine dining restaurant based in the heart of Central London andndash; Oxford Circus. Guests are truly spoilt for choice with an array of refined lunch time starters/mains and salads along with a separate a la carte menu for dinner service. The restaurant is hugely successful, and you can expect 180/250 covers consistently seven days per week. They have two spacious kitchens with all the latest equipment and a driven team 35 chefs. With the nature of business levels here, the earliest start time would be between 10am/11am.

Head Chef requirements:


  • A highly passionate, competent and hands-on Head Chef.
  • A Head Chef with a stable employment background having trained in high level kitchens.
  • A Head Chef that is happy to work alongside the restaurants Exec Chef.
  • Experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.
