Head Chef Requirements:


  • A resilient, driven, and highly skilled Head Chef with a background in reputable, high£pressure kitchens
  • Proven leadership: confident managing large brigades, developing talent, and maintaining elite standards
  • Strong commercial awareness - ordering, supplier relationships, GP control, menu engineering
  • A collaborative communicator who can work closely with ownership and senior management
  • Someone committed to building a long£term legacy in a demanding but deeply rewarding environment
