About the Role
The Head Chef will lead the kitchen of a foodie neighbourhood gastro pub in Chiswick, known for its modern brasserie-style menu and high-quality produce. This permanent position offers a competitive salary package of approximately £70,000 per annum, based on a 48-hour week with last orders at 9:30pm. The venue features a bar, restaurant, and private dining room, serving around 40-70 covers daily across a seven-day operation. Key skills include expertise in modern culinary techniques, strong leadership, and the ability to manage a team across five paid shifts per week. The pub is under a ten-minute walk from Chiswick Station.

This gastro pub has so much to offer the local community andndash; incredible food, bespoke drinks, stunning interior dandeacute;cor and a real home from home feel. They have a formal bar area, a restaurant dining area and separate private dining room.
Head Chef benefits:

Head Chef Requirements:
- A Head Chef who is capable of delivering high quality food and service experience.
- Someone who can implement suitable hygiene and safety practices and knowledge of EHO and internal audits.
- A loyal, committed, and reliable Head Chef that can motivate a team and delegate pro-actively.
- A Head Chef with experience in HACCP, food costings and menu planning.
