Daily service consists of prepping , cooking and serving to 300 in Main restaurant with Fresh Salad Bar with service starting at 11.00am - Also there are 150/200 pre-packed meals to go off site to 17 locations prepared by you and your small team. Working hours are 7am-3pm approx.
