Every plate that leaves our pass is expected to match the setting: precise, elegant and memorable. We are now looking for an exceptional Head Chef to help lead our kitchen brigade and uphold the standards our guests travel for. Job Overview As Head Chef, you will be the Executive Chef''s right hand in running services, driving consistency across every section, and mentoring the team to deliver food at the highest level. You will play a central part in menu development, supplier relationships and maintaining the discipline and creativity that define a kitchen of this calibre. Responsibilities Leading and coordinating the brigade during service, ensuring flawless execution and timing Deputising for the Executive Chef in their absence and taking full ownership of the kitchen Maintaining exceptional standards of consistency, presentation and quality on every plate Contributing to menu design, seasonal changes and dish development Managing food ordering, GP control, portioning and minimising waste Upholding rigorous food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards Training, developing and motivating junior chefs, setting the standard by example What we are looking for A minimum of 5 years'' experience working in Michelin-starred and/or AA Rosette ..... full job details .....
